Game statistics
We collect anonymous game statistics, such as how long rounds last and their scores. We keep them for at most 13 months. This is based on our legitimate interest in developing the games.
Feedback
If you send feedback on a game, we keep your message with details of the game and your device. We keep feedback for at most a year. This is based on our legitimate interest in answering feedback and developing the games.
Cookies
If you accept cookies, you also get a random visitor id, which lets us see whether players come back to the games. When we try slightly different variants of a game, a cookie keeps you on the same variant. Both expire in 90 days.
Cookies are based on your consent, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
Who processes the data?
Service providers that run the site process the data for us, such as Amazon Web Services. Some of them also process it outside the EU, for example in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or its standard contractual clauses. The server’s technical logs are kept for at most a year.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing or to get it in a portable form. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@clouden.net. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman or to the data protection authority where you live.
